Regula 70x4M Document Reader

The Regula 70X4M is small sized automated full page passport reader for quick, accurate identity document verification and data entry. The desktop device is connected to a PC via USB cable. It’s reliable with no moving parts and allows for capturing of White, Infra-Red, Ultraviolet and coaxial security features in documents.  Certain models are also equipped with an RFID reader.  Device is supplied with a SDK for easy integration into end user systems.

Regula’s Information Reference System contains more than 337,000 high-quality images and detailed descriptions of 12,000+ documents and their security features at several protection levels. It enables experts and border control officers to compare questioned documents against a comprehensive global reference, overcoming the limitations of individual knowledge and access to original specimens.
